After creating a program or template on the website (train.westriveapp.com), there are 4 ways you can assign a program:

1.

  • Head to the Clients tab on the left side menu bar
  • Click your client's Profile
  • Click on Programs
  • Click on Assign Program and assign the appropriate program.

2.

  • Head to the Home tab on the left side menu bar
  • Click the dropdown on Training and select a client
  • Select the program, start date, and click Send a program

3.

  • Head to the Programs tab on the left side menu bar
  • Select Drafts
  • Select the program you want to use
  • Click Assign Program in the top right of the screen
  • Choose a client and pick a start date
  • You have the option to save this plan for future drafts

4.

  • Head to the Programs tab on the left side menu bar
  • Select Templates
  • Select the program you want to use
  • Click Use To Create Program in the top right of the screen
  • Fill out the new program information
  • If the program is complete, choose a client and pick a start date
  • You have the option to save this plan for future drafts
