Yes, in the WeStrive app!

Make sure that your client has downloaded the WeStrive App. You and your client can track their workout history through their Workout Journal. The journal can be found in the Client's Progress Tab in the My Journal section of the WeStrive App.

These are manual entries. If you are working with a client in-person you can do this together at the end of a workout. If you are working with a client online, please encourage your clients to add their workouts right from their phone.
